Content and Photos

1. Usage and Credit  

Photos may be reposted on any platform or website, provided visible credit is given to G's Event Photography adjacent to each image. Proper attribution with the business name or agreed alternative is mandatory.

2. Watermark Integrity 

Users must not remove, alter, or obscure the watermark on any photo.

3.  Commercial and Promotional Use 

Commercial or promotional use—including prints, posters, flyers, advertisements, or branded digital media—requires a signed license agreement or purchase of rights from G's Event Photography, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Editing and Modification 

Any editing or alteration of photos requires prior written permission, except for minor cropping/resizing that does not affect watermark or attribution.

5. Resale and Sublicensing  

Rights may not be sublicensed, resold, or transferred to third parties without explicit prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyright and moral rights remain the exclusive property of G's Event Photography. Unless explicitly transferred, no ownership rights are granted through usage.

7. Restrictions on Use 

Photos must not be used in any defamatory, unlawful, obscene, misleading, or harmful manner that might damage the reputation of G's Event Photography or infringe moral rights.

8. Indemnity 

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless G's Event Photography against any claims or damages arising from misuse or breaches of these terms.

9. Termination of License

Licenses may be revoked if terms are breached. Upon termination, users must promptly cease use and remove all copies.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction  

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.

11. Payment Terms 

Licensing fees must be paid prior to any approved commercial use.

12. Limitation of Liability  

G's Event Photography is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to photo use.

13. Cancellation and Refunds  

Where applicable, cancellations and refunds will comply with UK consumer protection laws including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and relevant cancellation rights.
